Bidovate is an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform that helps businesses find and win government tenders. Our Service includes:
- Tender Discovery: Intelligent search across 1000+ Indian government e-procurement portals, updated daily
- Document Intelligence: Automated analysis of tender documents for compliance requirements, risk factors, and compatibility with your company profile
- Analytics Suite: Competitor benchmarking, sector-level procurement trends, and detailed organisation profiles to inform your bidding strategy
- Smart Alerts: Personalised notifications for tender opportunities that match your business profile
- Workflow Automation: AI agents that streamline your bidding standard operating procedures
The Service is designed for procurement professionals, contractors, and enterprises seeking a competitive edge in government tendering.

Subscription and Billing
Transparent Pricing
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with clear, upfront pricing. Current plans are available from our sales team.
How Billing Works
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annually)
- All payments are processed securely via Razorpay in INR
- GST is applied as required by Indian tax law and itemised on every invoice
- You will always receive a receipt and tax invoice for your records

How You Can Use the Service
Bidovate is built to give your business a competitive advantage. To keep the platform reliable and fair for all users, we ask that you:
- Use the Service for your legitimate business procurement needs
- Do not systematically scrape or redistribute tender data outside your organisation
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or proprietary algorithms
- Do not share your account credentials with unauthorised users
- Do not use the Service for any purpose that violates Indian law
- Do not attempt to interfere with platform operations or security
We take a proportionate approach to enforcement. Minor or accidental violations may result in a warning; serious or repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
Your Content and Our Content
Your Content Stays Yours
Documents you upload, bid strategies you develop, and analysis results generated for your account are your property. We claim no ownership over your content.
When you upload documents, you grant us a limited, temporary licence solely to process them through our analysis pipeline. This licence expires when you delete the documents.
Our Platform is Ours
Bidovate's brand, interface, AI models, scoring algorithms, and analytics methodologies are proprietary to Bidovate. The analysis outputs and insights we generate are licensed to you for your internal business use.
Government Tender Data
Tender documents and notices originate from government bodies and are public records. We aggregate, structure, and enrich this data to make it actionable for your business.
Confidentiality and Trust
Your competitive intelligence is sensitive, and we treat it accordingly:
- Your uploaded documents, analysis results, and bid strategies are strictly confidential
- We will never share your data or usage patterns with your competitors

Service Availability and Quality
We work hard to keep Bidovate reliable, fast, and accurate. While we strive for the highest quality:
- We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Tender data is sourced from public government portals; while we update frequently, slight delays may occur
- AI analysis is designed to assist your decision-making, not replace professional judgement. Always verify critical details directly with the procuring entity before submitting bids
- We continuously improve our algorithms and coverage based on user feedback
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Bidovate's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Bidovate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated analysis for bid decisions. Tender bidding involves inherent business risk, and our platform is an intelligence tool to support (not guarantee) outcomes.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bidovate harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or infringement of any third party's rights.
Cancellation and Termination
- You are in control: Cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain full access until then
- Account suspension: We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action
- Data after termination: Your data is retained for 30 days after account closure, giving you time to export or reactivate. After that, it is permanently deleted per our retention policy
- Surviving provisions: Sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law continue to apply after termination
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through discussion first. If formal resolution is needed, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our platform and the regulatory landscape evolve. For any material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect, so you have time to review. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel before the effective date.
