- Communications: Messages you send to our support team, used solely to resolve your queries
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage analytics: Pages visited and features used, collected in aggregate to improve the platform. Search queries are anonymised before storage
- Device information: Browser type, IP address, and operating system, used for security monitoring and ensuring compatibility

Information from Third Parties
- Google Sign-In: If you choose Google SSO, we receive your name, email, and profile photo. We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data

Document Security
Tender documents you upload for analysis receive the highest level of protection:
- Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Processed in isolated, sandboxed compute environments
- Never used to train AI models without your explicit written consent
- Automatically purged from processing queues once analysis is complete
- Retained in your account only for as long as you choose. You can delete them at any time
Your documents are your property. We treat them with the same confidentiality you would expect from a trusted business partner.
Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as it serves a clear purpose:
- Account data: Kept while your subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation to allow reactivation
- Search history: Retained for 12 months to power better recommendations, then automatically anonymised
- Uploaded documents: Kept until you choose to delete them from your account
- Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by the Indian Income Tax Act and Companies Act
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you strong rights over your data, and we fully support them:
- Right to access: Request a complete copy of the personal data we hold about you
